介绍了绝缘杆作业法带电搭接引流线的传统作业方法及所用工具,指出了传统作业方法存在的一系列问题。针对上述问题研制了新型T型线夹及其专用操作杆,介绍了新型工具的结构特点及使用方法。并通过一系列的对比指出采用新型工具可提高带电搭接引流线作业项目的质量和效率,提高带电作业化率和供电可靠性。
Abstract:This paper introduces live drainage line connection by insulating rod operation, the tools as well as the existing problems. A new T type line clamp and a special operating rod are developed, and the structural features and operation are introduced. Through a series of contrast the paper indicates that the new tool can promote the quality and efficiency of live drainage line connection as well as the proportion of live work and power supply reliability.
