防护横梁法在输电线路跨越高速铁路施工中的应用

摘要:

目前输电线路跨越高速铁路基本采用封网跨越形式,虽然封网施工技术已经比较成熟,但封顶网置于运行高铁的上方,对高铁运行的风险始终存在,而提出的防护横梁法跨越施工工艺,可规避这种安全风险。这一新型的跨越方式已在500 kV汾店5441线增容改造工程跨越沪杭高速铁路中成功实施,验证了该方式的安全可靠性及便捷快速性。

Abstract:

In current electric transmission line construction, it is common to hang a safety net above the railway as a protection when the electric lines need to traverse the high-speed railway. Though this technique is already quite mature, the risk of hanging a safety net above the high-speed railway still exists. The paper proposes the construction technique of protection beam, which can evade such safety risk. The new mode has been successfully implemented in capacity increase project of 500 kV Fendian 5441 lines traversing highspeed railway from Shanghai to Hangzhou, which proves that the mode is of safety, reliability, convenience and efficiency.
