输电线路覆冰在我国造成许多事故,影响电力系统安全,对覆冰的研究和预防一直在进行中。在分析线路覆冰形成条件和机理的基础上,提出采用弧垂实时监测、线路图像实时监视和小型气象站相结合的综合方法来实时监测架空线路覆冰的新方案,文中叙述了该方案的理论分析、具体实施方案、方案的优越性和应用前景。
Abstract:It causes a lot of accidents and influences power system security in our country by the transmission line icing, the research and prevention of line icing are in process all the time. This paper is on the basis of analyzing the formed condition and mechanism of line icing, then put forward a combined method of real time monitoring overhead line icing that adopt real time sag monitoring, the line video picture monitoring and small weather station. The theory analysis, concrete implementing scheme, superiority of the scheme and application prospect for the method are also presented in this paper.
