从电缆线路故障率、故障位置和故障原因三方面,对2009-2011年浙江电网10 kV及以上电缆线路的运行情况进行统计和分析,总结了浙江电网电缆线路典型故障类型和特点。对浙江电网电缆线路状态检测技术应用情况及状态评价、状态检修工作开展情况进行总结分析,指出了在电缆线路状态检测及评价方面尚需进一步完善的工作,以期为全面推进电缆线路的智能化和状态检修提供参考。

In the aspects of the rate,location and causes of cable faults,the statistical analysis on the operation of power cables of 10 kV and above in Zhejiang grid from 2009 to 2011 is performed,and the typical fault types and characteristics are summarized.The application of condition detection technologies,condition assessment and condition-based maintenance of power cables in Zhejiang grid are summarized and analyzed.The aspects in need of further improvement in condition detection and condition assessment are pointed out in order to serve as a reference for the intelligentization and condition-based maintenance of power cables.
