从深入推进状态检修,提高输变电设备可用系数,提高供电可靠性的要求出发,开展对SF6充气设备带电检测的研究工作。研发的多功能安全连接阀门的专利技术,实现了对SF6充气设备的带电补气及微水和气体组分测试,建立了周期性SF6设备带电检测制度,开展SF6充气设备的微水和组分普测工作,及时发现设备存在的隐患,取得了很好的效果。
Abstract:The research on live detection for SF6 gas charging equipment is conducted in order to enhance the condition-based maintenance,the availability factor of transmission and transformation equipments and the power supply reliability.The patented technology of multi-function safety connection valve is developed and the live gas supplement and micro-water and gas component tests for SF6 gas charging equipment are realized.The live detection system for periodic SF6 equipment is established and the micro-water test and general survey of components for SF6 equipment are performed.The hidden danger of the equipment is found timely and favorable effect is achieved.
