针对GGH结垢问题,提出了新的解决思路和办法。通过专用药剂扭曲硫酸盐晶体结构,使GGH上的垢物膨胀疏松,从而更容易清除。通过实验分析探讨了该方法的作用机理,实例证明对GGH进行在线免拆卸化学清洗是切实可行的。

This paper puts forward the new solutions to the scaling in gas gas heater(GGH).The scaling expanded and turned loose and was easier to be removed by means of distorting the crystal structures of sulfate with dedicated chemical agents.The mechanism of the method is explored through experimental analysis.In addition,the application examples prove that it is feasible to perform online chemical cleaning without disassembly of GGH.
