考虑多功能复用的用户侧储能联合优化控制策略
A coordinated optimization and control strategy for user-side energy storage considering multi-functional integration

摘要(Abstract):

针对用户侧储能单一功能收益经济性提升空间有限的问题,提出一种用户侧储能多功能联合优化运行策略,通过同时参与调频、能量套利及需量管理实现综合效益最大化。分析了3种功能的收益机制以及储能运行约束,构建了三层优化模型架构:月度优化层以能量套利收益和需量管理收益最大化为目标,协同优化月周期基准功率曲线及月度需量上限;日前申报层以调频收益最大化为目标,优化次日调频容量申报策略;实时响应层以调频收益和动态套利收益实时最优为目标,实现分钟级自动发电控制指令跟踪与功率再分配。算例结果表明,相较于仅参与能量套利且缺乏实时更新机制的运行策略,所提优化模型能够提升用户侧储能的经济效益,验证了多功能协同优化策略的有效性。
To address the limited economic potential of single-function user-side energy storage, this paper proposes a multi-functional coordinated optimization strategy for user-side energy storage, aiming to maximize overall benefits through simultaneous participation in frequency regulation, energy arbitrage, and demand management. The revenue mechanisms of the three functions and the operational constraints of energy storage are analyzed. Then, a threelayer optimization model framework is established: the monthly optimization layer targets maximization of energy arbitrage and demand management revenues, coordinating the monthly baseline power profile and monthly demand cap; the day-ahead bidding layer targets maximization of frequency regulation revenue, optimizing the next day's frequency regulation capacity bidding strategy; the real-time response layer aims for real-time optimization of frequency regulation and dynamic arbitrage revenue, enabling minute-level automatic generation control(AGC) tracking and power redistribution. Case studies show that, compared with strategies that only participate in energy arbitrage and lack real-time updating, the proposed optimization model enhances the economic performance of user-side energy storage, validating the effectiveness of the multi-function coordinated optimization strategy.
