1000MW机组循环水泵筒体开裂的原因分析及处理

摘要(Abstract):

针对某1 000 MW机组循环水泵在运行中出现筒体开裂现象,从循环水泵筒体法兰和焊缝材料、法兰与焊缝区域的金相组织对比、焊接工艺、设计与制造等几个方面进行了分析,得出法兰之间拼接焊缝存在严重的未焊透缺陷、法兰和筒体的角焊缝坡口设计不合理是引发筒体发生过早断裂的重要原因。针对性地采取相应处理措施后,消除了循环水泵筒体开裂隐患。
Aiming at barrel crack of operating circulating water pump of a 1 000 MW unit, the paper analyzes the causes in terms of welding materials and barrel flange of circulating water pump, comparison of metallographic structures of flange and welding area, welding technology, manufacture and design. It is concluded that the fundamental causes of unduly barrel crack are incomplete penetration of joint welding line between flanges and unreasonable design of fillet groove of flanges and barrel. After targeted measures are taken, the hazard of barrel crack in circulating water pump is eliminated.
