烟气脱硝系统CEMS烟气采样装置技术改造
Technical Transformation of CEMS Gas Sampling Device of Flue Gas Denitration System

摘要(Abstract):

燃煤发电厂历来被视为大气污染物的主要来源,氮氧化物的排放更是大气污染物的重要指标之一。浙能兰溪发电厂针对脱硝CEMS烟气采样装置堵塞问题进行了技术改造,分析了测量装置的构成和原理,找到堵塞的原因,并提出解决方案进行改造,取得了良好的效果。
Coal-fired power plants have always been viewed as a main source of air pollutants, and emission of nitric oxides has been one of the key indices of air pollutants. Technical transformation was conducted in Zheneng Lanxi Power Generation Co., Ltd. to handle the jam of GEMS gas sampling device. This paper analyzes the structure and principle of the measuring device; in addition, it finds out reasons of the jam and proposes a transformation solution, by which good result is achieved.
