基于虚拟仪器技术的储能式移动充电桩检测平台研究Research on Energy Storage Mobile Charging Pile Detection Platform Based on VI Technology

摘要(Abstract):
随着电动汽车充电桩的逐步普及,桩体的运行维护成为一项重要的日常管理内容。目前,由于充电桩生产企业技术水平参差不齐,导致运营单位集中招标的充电桩质量各不相同。充电桩在投运后经常出现无法充电、设备损坏等故障,有的甚至绝缘出现问题,存在极大的安全隐患。因此,研究充电桩检测技术对充电桩稳定运行有着十分重要的意义。所提出的移动检测车与便携设备相结合的检测方法,可以为充电桩现场检测提供参考。
With the gradual popularization of charging piles, operation and maintenance of piles will become an important daily management content. At present, the technical levels of the charging pole manufacturing enterprises are different, so the charging piles are different in quality which were bided by the operating units. Charging piles often fail to charge and equipment is damaged after being put into operation, some charging piles even have insulation problems, which lead to great safety risks. Therefore, it is of great importance to study the charging pile detection technology for the stable operation of charging piles. In this paper,the detection method of mobile detection vehicle combined with portable equipment is proposed, which can provide a reference for on-site detection of charging station.
