特高压直流故障下的负荷控制精准度研究
Research on Load Control Precision Under UHVDC Faults

摘要(Abstract):

对于特高压交直流混联系统而言,若特高压直流发生故障,将导致系统频率下降、多断面严重越限、设备异常等问题。现有技术手段虽然能够在受端侧快速切除负荷,但负荷控制精度差,因此针对该问题,提出了改进的负荷控制方法。通过重新设计系统控制程序、重新修订特高压直流事故限电序位表以及负荷控制的细化,实现了特高压直流故障下精确切除负荷,为特高压直流系统发生故障时在受端电网侧实现精准切除负荷提供了参考。
In the case of UHVDC fault, frequency decline, serious overlimit of multiple sections and equipment abnormity may occur in the UHV AC/DC hybrid systems. Although the existing technical means can rapidly remove loads at receiving side, but load control accuracy is poor. Therefore, an improved load control method is proposed thus. Through redesigning system control program, revising UHVDC emergency power cut list and load control refinement, precise load removal under UHVDC fault is realized, which provides reference for precise removal load of HVDC system when fault occurs at receiving end of power network.
