适用于水电机组开机过程的轴承状态综合评估方法

摘要(Abstract):

为了克服利用单一限值难以充分表征水电机组轴承状态的缺陷和不足,基于机组开机过程多项参数指标,提出了一种具有层次性的轴承状态综合评估方法。该方法利用专家经验和权重渐变性的组合赋权来确定各项指标的综合权重,并通过概率论和模糊理论求取评判矩阵,最终得到水电机组轴承状态综合评价指标值。以某机组运行实测数据为例进行验证,结果表明该方法具有工程适用性。
It is difficult to fully characterize the bearing state of hydropower units by using a single limit to overcome this defect and deficiency, a multi-level bearing state comprehensive evaluation method was proposed based on multiple parameter indexes of the unit startup process. The method comprehensively uses the combined weighting method to determine the comprehensive weight of each index, which takes into account the expert experience and the gradual change of weight. Then it judges the matrix based on probability theory and fuzzy theory. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation index value of the bearing state of the hydropower unit is obtained. The actual test data of a unit is taken as an example to verify the results. The results show that the method has engineering applicability.
