基于谐波电能表的电能计量模式探讨Discussion on Electric Energy Metering Mode Based on Harmonic Energy Meter

摘要(Abstract):
为验证谐波电能表电能计量功能,积累谐波电能表应用经验与数据,探讨基于谐波电能表的不同电能计量模式,在嘉兴、宁波两地开展了谐波电能表试点应用。阐述了试点具体应用方案,并对试点数据进行研究与分析。结果表明,谐波电能在实际运行过程中确实存在,全波电能计量模式可能会造成非线性用户电能少计现象的发生,进而影响电能计量的准确性以及谐波电能分摊等问题。
In order to verify the measurement function and accumulate the application experience and data of harmonic energy meter, the paper discusses different electric energy metering modes based on harmonic energy meter. The application of harmonic energy meter in Jiaxing and Ningbo was carried out. This paper explains the pilot application program, and studies and analyzes the pilot application data. The results show that the harmonic electric energy does exist in actual operation, The full-wave energy metering mode may result in decrease in energy metering, which will affect the accuracy of electric energy metering and harmonic power sharing.
