窄间隙自动焊技术的应用与推广

摘要(Abstract):

目前国内电厂安装施工中,大口径厚壁管道焊口的焊接主要采用传统的GTAW+SMAW方法,三代核电开始在核岛主冷却剂管道的焊接中首先引进了国外先进的窄间隙自动焊技术。通过比较传统方法和窄间隙自动氩弧焊方法的优缺点,从焊接设备、焊接材料、坡口型式选择、焊接工艺质量控制及变形控制等方面,重点阐述窄间隙自动氩弧焊的工艺特点及焊接操作要点,以不锈钢管焊接实例和性能试验证明:窄间隙自动焊接是核电行业大口径厚壁管焊接施工的发展趋势,且其在常规火电四大管道等大口径厚壁管道焊接中应用是可行的,可以得到广泛的推广和应用。
Traditional GTAW+SMAW method is mainly adopted to weld large diameter pipes with thick wall in the installation of domestic power plants. The third generation nuclear power plants first introduced advanced automatic narrow gap welding technology to weld the main coolant pipes. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages between the traditional welding methods and the automatic narrow gap argon protected welding, this paper expounds the technical features and operation points of automatic narrow gap argon protected welding through welding equipment, welding material, groove type selection, welding process quality control and deformation control. It is proved by stainless steel welding and performance test that automatic narrow gap welding technology is a trend in large diameter pipes welding with thick wall; it can be applied in large diameter pipes welding with thick wall like the four major pipes in thermal power plant, and is worth promotion and application.
