基于资源模型的供电企业信息化建设策略Development Strategy of Power Utility's Informatization Based on Resources Model

摘要(Abstract)：
电力企业的信息系统建设已经持续了近十年 ,但是进展不是很大 ,文中在分析原因的基础上 ,提出了基于资源模型的供电企业信息化建设策略。从信息系统的元数据模型出发 ,描述在信息系统建设的初始阶段中信息资源模型的重要性 ,进而结合IEC61968来说明供电企业的资源模型问题 ,最终阐述电力信息系统的策略和展望。
The power utility's informatization has developed more than ten years,but there is little achievement.This paper mainly proposes some informatization development strategies using resources model after analyzing the reason.Firstly,some information systems'metadata model is introduced.Secondly,the importance of resources during initial development of informatization is described.Then the power utiliˉty's resources model based on IEC61968is discussed.Finally,some advice on power utility's informatiˉzation development strategy is put forward.
