输电铁塔保护帽内塔脚隐蔽腐蚀的检测及评估

摘要(Abstract):

为排查铁塔保护帽内塔脚隐蔽腐蚀的问题,开发了一种铁塔保护帽品质评估及保护帽内塔脚腐蚀检测技术,经试验样品及现场验证表明:超声回弹综合法可准确判断混凝土保护帽的品质,可用于新建及在役保护帽的质量监督;当保护帽存在掺土等严重内部缺陷时,也可单独采用超声法对其进行快速甄别。发明的改进线性极化法可准确测试保护帽内塔脚腐蚀速率,适用于塔脚隐蔽腐蚀的快速无损判断,可减少保护帽破坏性抽检产生的人力物力成本。劣化保护帽容易滞留水分,是导致其内部塔脚隐蔽腐蚀的主因,提高保护帽强度及质量、对保护帽内塔脚部位加强防腐将是防治塔脚隐蔽腐蚀的关键措施。
In order to detect the hidden corrosion of tower foot in protective cap of transmission tower, a quality evaluation technology of protective concrete cap and a corrosion detection technology of tower foot was developed. It is demonstrated by test sample and field test that the ultrasonic-rebound combined method can judge the quality of the protective concrete cap and can be used for quality supervision of new and in-service protective caps. When there are serious internal defects such as soil mixing in protective caps, the ultrasonic method can be used alone for quick identification. The improved linear polarization method can accurately test the corrosion rate of the tower foot in the protective cap and is suitable for rapid and non-destructive judgment of the hidden corrosion of the tower foot, which can reduce the human and material cost generated by the destructive sampling inspection of the protective cap. The deteriorated protective cap tends to retain moisture,which is the main cause of hidden corrosion of tower foot. Strength and quality improvement of the protective cap and anti-corrosion strengthening of the tower foot in the protective cap are crucial to prevent the concealed corrosion of the tower foot.
