660 MW超超临界机组引风机失速引起锅炉MFT的原因分析及对策
Cause Analysis and Countermeasures of MFT Caused by Stall of Induced Draft Fan of 660 MW Ultra-supercritical Units

摘要(Abstract):

某发电厂HU26650-22G型引风机失速,引起锅炉MFT(主燃料跳闸)。为了找出引风机失速原因,对引风机超低排放改造前后的运行参数、试验数据和引风机烟道阻力的变化进行了分析研究,并对风机失速原因进行了详细分析,提出解决该问题的措施,可有效防止风机失速,对同类型机组相关问题的处理具有参考价值。
The stall of HU26650-22G induced draft fan in a power plant caused boiler MFT(master fuel trip). To find out the cause of stall, the changes of operation parameters, test data and flue resistance of induced draft fan before and after the transformation of ultra-low emission are analyzed, and the cause of stall of the induced draft fan is analyzed in detail, and the countermeasures are put forward to effectively prevent the stall and to provide a reference to handling of corresponding problems of the similar units.
