基于光纤通信的10kV联络线备自投装置应用

摘要(Abstract):

目前备用电源投入装置主要用于110 kV及以下变电站的进线、母线、变压器等设备的备用自投。随着用户对用电质量要求越来越高,面向用户的10 kV联络线也需要安装备自投装置。为此,合作研发了基于光纤通信的联络线备自投装置,验证了该装置能够实现2条10 kV联络线的相互备用、快速投切功能。该装置的投入使用,提高了电网供电的可靠性,同时取得了显著的社会与经济效益。
Spare power automatic switching device is mainly used for the incoming line, bus and transformer in substations of 110 kV and below. With the increasingly higher requirements of users on power quality, the user-oriented 10 kV tieline also needs spare power automatic switching device. Thus, spare power automatic switching device for tieline based on optical fiber communication is developed through cooperation. It is verified that the equipment can realize mutual backup and quick switching between two 10 kV tielines. The utilization of this equipment improves the reliability of grid power supply and in the meantime achieves significant social and economical benefit.
