特高压交流输电线路新型等电位转移棒的研制
Development of a New Type Equal-Potential Transfer Rod for UHV AC Transmission Lines

摘要(Abstract):

特高压带电作业是确保特高压电网安全稳定运行的重要技术手段,因此等电位作业工器具的研制和完善具有重要意义。针对现有等电位转移棒存在的不足,研制了一款能实现快速进出电场、并具备高通用性的等电位转移棒。首先,结合带电作业相关规程和技术导则,提出模型设计的要求;随后给出3种转移棒设计方案,经分析比较,确定选用"蝴蝶"型等电位转移棒方案;最后,选用合适的材料完成样品的制作。样品测试结果论证了该设计方案的可行性和有效性。
The live work on the ultra-high voltage(UHV) transmission lines is an important technical measure to ensure operation safety and stability of UHV power grid. Thus the development and perfection of equal-potential work tools are of significant importance. Given disadvantages of the existing equal-potential transfer rod, a new type equal-potential transfer rod is developed, which possesses high generality and is applicable to rapid pass into and out of the electric field. Requirements on the model design are firstly presented based on the relevant regulations and technical rules for live work; then, three scenarios for the transfer rod design are proposed. Through analysis and comparison, the scenario of butterfly-shaped equal-potential transfer rod is selected. Finally the sample is produced with appropriate materials and the test results are employed to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the design scenario.
