扩建智能变电站220kV母差保护不停电接入的实践Practice of 220 k V Busbar Differential Protection Connection without Power Cut in Extension of Intelligent Substation

摘要(Abstract):
智能变电站的继电保护二次回路由直观的二次接线转变为不直观的网络数据流,扩建过程中必须考虑新间隔对运行间隔的影响,应采取合理恰当的安全措施。在分析了智能变电站检修机制的基础上,提出了220 k V母差保护不停电扩建的安全措施和扩建策略,并通过220 k V文津变电站220 k V出线间隔扩建工程,验证了扩建策略的正确性和安全措施的可靠性。
The intuitive secondary circuits of relay protection have been changed into abstract network data streams in intelligent substation. During the extension, influence of new interval on the operation interval must be taken into account and reasonable and appropriate safety measures must be adopted. On the basis of analyzing maintenance mechanism for intelligent substation, safety measures and extension strategy of 220 k V busbar differential protection without power cut have been proposed; furthermore, correctness of the extension strategy and reliability of safety measures have been proved by the interval extension project of 220 k V outgoing lines in 220 k V Wenjin intelligent substation.
