一起交流特高压电抗器套管的油中溶解气体异常分析

摘要(Abstract):

交流特高压油纸电容型套管结构复杂,是变压器(电抗器)的重要组成部件。通过分析一起交流特高压电抗器套管的油中溶解气体异常事件,通过诊断性试验和解体检查来查明套管油中溶解气体异常的原因。经分析,套管中氢气含量异常是因油枕不锈钢连接软管的催化作用所导致,甲烷和乙烷含量异常由十二烷基苯人工合成绝缘油的热分解导致。油色谱检测分析是发现充油设备早期缺陷的有效手段之一,建议在交流特高压电抗器套管的运维工作中适时开展油色谱分析工作,当油中特征气体含量异常时,进行重点分析确定缺陷属性,进一步采取针对性的运维策略。
s: The ultra-high voltage AC oil-paper bushing, featuring its complex structure, is an important component of the transformer(reactor). In this paper, an abnormal event of dissolved gas in ultra-high voltage AC bushing oil is analyzed. The reason for abnormal gas-dissolved oil in the bushing is discussed through a diagnostic test and disassembly inspection. The abnormal content of hydrogen in bushing was caused by the catalysis of stainless steel connecting hose and the abnormal content of methane and ethane by the thermal decomposition of dodecylbenzene(DDB) synthetic insulating oil. Oil chromatogram analysis is one of the effective means to detect the early defects of oil-filled equipment. It is suggested that oil chromatogram analysis be carried out timely during the operation and maintenance work of UHV AC reactor bushing. When the content of characteristic gas in oil is abnormal, it is necessary to analyze the defect feature and take a targeted maintenance strategy.
