摘要(Abstract):
某35 k V变电站一回10 k V架空线路在负荷转供时,发生一起由双向线路串联调压器引起的公用配电变压器低电压事件。通过在实验室模拟现场工况,对双侧变电站模式和小水电模式等两种控制器动作逻辑进行测试与验证。基于公变的电压监测数据与调压器动作逻辑的关联性分析,进行故障反演和原因剖析,发现调压器控制器选型与现场使用工况不适应是导致发生低电压事件的原因,最后提出了针对性解决措施和建议。
In load transfer of a 10 k V overhead line of a 35 k V substation, a low voltage event in public transformers occurred due to a bidirectional line series voltage regulator. By simulation on field conditions in the laboratory, the action logic of the two controllers such as the two-side substation mode and the small hydropower mode is tested and verified. Based on the correlation analysis of the voltage monitoring data of the public transformer and the regulator action logic, the fault inversion and the reason analysis were performed.It was found that the low voltage event occurred because controller selection can not adapt to field operation condition. Finally some solutions and suggestions are proposed.
