摘要(Abstract)：
就宁波市近几年来电力供需情况、需求结构变化、小热（火）电发展情况以及今后几年电力发展预测和电力电量平衡进行了分析，并对地方电源的发展和管理提出了建议和意见。
This paper analyses the situation and structure of the supply and demand of power as well as the development of small power plants in Ningbo in the past few years. Also it predicts power development and power balance in the future and makes comments and suggestions in regarding to local source development and management.
