摘要(Abstract)：

村级便民服务中心是浙江省新推出的服务三农创新平台,在全国大力推进新农村建设的大环境下,余杭区供电公司立足工作实际,依托村级便民服务中心,大力开展日常业务对接,挖掘、整合现有资源,创新服务模式,拓展服务渠道,提升服务质量,有效防范农村供电服务和行风风险,充分发挥了村级便民中心在开展供电服务工作中的平台作用,探索出了一套成功的实践方法,取得了较为显著的实践成效。
The village-level convenience service center is an innovative platform serving agriculture, rural areas and farmers launched by Zhejiang province. In the context of nationwide advancement of new countryside construction, Yuhang Power Supply Company bases itself on practical work and relies on village-level convenience service center to vigorously implement daily business connection, explore and integrate current resources, innovate service mode, extend service channel, enhance service quality, which effectively prevent risks of industrial ethos and power supply services and fully exert the role of village-level convenience service center as a platform in power supply service. A series of successful practical methods are explored and significant practice effect is obtained.
