摘要(Abstract):
随着国内优质动力煤价格持续上涨,燃料成本不断增加,盈利空间被压缩,而褐煤价格相对低廉,为了降低生产成本,大部分发电厂开始加大褐煤的掺烧力度。但是,由于褐煤存储过程中的热值损失及掺烧过程中的煤耗损失较大,掺烧褐煤必然存在利润边界点。通过全面分析褐煤的存储、掺配煤方式以及褐煤掺烧比例对经济性的影响,并进行掺烧试验,量化因褐煤掺烧增加的煤耗,计算出单台600 MW机组掺烧褐煤的利润边界点,为发电厂掺烧褐煤提供决策依据。
The prices of domestic high-quality steam coal continue to rise and fuel costs continue to increase,the profit margins are compressed while lignite prices are relatively low. In order to reduce production costs,most power plants begin to increase lignite blending. However, due to the loss of calorific value in the storage process of lignite and the loss of coal consumption during the process of mixing the lignite, it is inevitable that there is a profit boundary point in blending lignite. By comprehensively analyzes the impact of lignite storage, blending and the proportion on the economy and blending test to quantify coal consumption due to lignite increase, the benefit margin of single 600 MW is calculated to provide decision-making basis for lignite burning in power plant.
