摘要(Abstract):
提出了一种利用机组实时运行参数计算锅炉热效率的方法,在不进行煤质测试的情况下,根据锅炉有效输出热量和总输出热量计算锅炉热效率。该方法通过实时数据平台实现锅炉热效率在线计算,可为技术人员及时调整运行操作提供参考。某机组一天不同负荷下的锅炉热效率计算结果与不同负荷下锅炉性能试验结果基本吻合,说明该计算方法能满足实时性和准确性要求。
A boiler efficiency calculation method using real-time operation parameters of the unit is proposed.The boiler heat efficiency is calculated by the effective output heat and total output heat without coal quality test. Through real-time data platform, the on-line calculation of boiler efficiency can be realized, which can be used as a reference for technicians to make operation adjustment timely. The calculation results of thermal efficiency of a boiler under different loads in one day is consistent with the test results of boiler performance under different loads, which means the calculation method can meet the requirements of being real-time and accurate.
