高强度铝合金材料电力金具的应用研究

摘要(Abstract):

基于高强铝合金材料的电力金具特点及应用情况,对比分析了新型铝合金金具与传统铁质金具在节能、环保、质量与强度方面的优缺点,结合工程实例,认为新型铝合金金具质量轻、强度高、无需热镀锌,不仅满足了使用时的力学性能要求,而且节能效果显著。
In view of the characteristics and application of electric power fittings made of high-strength aluminum alloy materials, merits and demerits of the novel fittings made of aluminum alloy materials and traditional metal fittings in terms of energy saving, environmental protection and strength are compared and analyzed. Based on engineering practice, it is demonstrated that the fittings made of high-strength aluminum alloy materials are light in weight, high in strength and dispenses with hot galvanizing, meeting the requirements of both mechanical performance and significant energy saving effect.
