超临界机组主汽温模型预测控制研究Research on Predictive Control of Main Steam Temperature for Supercritical Unit

摘要(Abstract):
针对超临界机组汽温控制中的波动大、经常超温等问题,采用先进预测控制技术,建立汽温数学模型,采用模型预测控制算法,使其快速响应目标要求,有效处理了汽温控制中的执行机构非线性、串级控制系统的积分饱和等问题。将模型预测算法应用于汽温控制系统中,通过具体实例说明该方法的应用步骤,现场应用证明了该方法的有效性。
To eliminate big fluctuation and frequent temperature excursion in steam temperature control of supercritical unit, an advanced predictive control technology is adopted to establish a mathematical model of steam temperature. According to the model, the model predictive control algorithm is adopted to make the model quickly respond to the demand of the target, effectively dealing with nonlinearity of the mechanism,integral saturation of cascade control system and other issues. The effectiveness of the method is proved by field application.
