考虑噪声抑制的风力机模拟器的设计与实现

摘要(Abstract):

风力发电机系统是由多个动态过程相互耦合的复杂机电能量转换系统, WTS(风力机模拟器)作为实际风力机的实验替代设备,在实验室环境下其转动惯量较小,因此需要通过补偿转动惯量才可以模拟实际风机具有大转动惯量的机械动态。研究发现WTS在进行惯量补偿时传动链的转速信号存在噪声,严重影响其准确模拟实际风力机的机械动态。在分析传动链转速噪声对风力机模拟器机械动态模拟影响机理的基础上,设计了噪声抑制策略,并通过实验验证了考虑噪声抑制的风力机模拟器能够降低噪声对风机机械动态模拟的影响。
The wind generator system is a complex electromechanical energy conversion system that couples multiple dynamic processes, and the wind turbine simulator(WTS) is a substitute for the actual wind turbine.Due to the fact that the inertia of the simulator in experimental condition is much less than that of the actual wind turbine, it′ s necessary to compensate moment of inertia to simulate the mechanical change of actual wind turbine with large moment of inertia. It is found that in moment of inertia compensation, the noise of speed signal of the drive train seriously affected the accuracy of the mechanical change simulation of the wind turbine, resulting in inaccurate simulation of the mechanical change of the actual wind turbine. In this paper,the influence of the speed noise of the drive train on the accuracy of the mechanical change simulation is analyzed, and then the speed noise suppression strategy is designed based on the above analysis. Finally, the experiment shows that the WTS based on the speed noise suppression can reduce the influence of the speed noise on the accuracy of the mechanical change simulation.
