燃煤锅炉烟气中CO含量合理控制值的测算

摘要(Abstract):

通过介绍燃煤锅炉控制烟气排放中CO含量的意义及重要性,分析各燃烧因素与烟气CO生成之间的相关影响,阐明要保证锅炉燃烧的高效率,取决于确定不同负荷工况下的合理送风量,将烟气中CO含量值控制在某一最佳范围内。通过对某发电厂2台机组在600 MW工况下的运行参数进行推导性测算,得出每台机组基于安全性和经济性角度考虑的CO含量合理控制值。
By introducing the meaning and significance of CO content control in flue gas emission of coalfired boiler, the paper analyzes the interaction between the combustion factors and generation of CO in flue gas. It is elaborated that high-efficient boiler combustion depends on reasonable air input under different load conditions and control of CO content in the optimal range. By derivation calculation of operation parameters of two 600 MW units in a power plant, the paper concluded the reasonable control value of CO content considering safety and efficiency of each unit.
