600 MW超临界机组尾部烟道流场优化

摘要(Abstract):

针对某发电厂锅炉尾部烟道阻力偏高、机组限负荷运行的现状,通过对尾部烟道流场诊断分析及优化设计,在烟道合适位置加装导流板,制定最佳的改造方案。改造后,机组出力恢复至600 MW,空预器出口至吸收塔入口段烟道阻力共降低73.7%,达到了节能降耗的目的。
In view of high resistance of boiler tail flue and boiler operation under limited load in a power plant, flow field in tail flue is analyzed and optimized by installing guide plate at the appropriate position of the flue, and a best reconstruction scheme is formulated. After revamping, the output power is restored to600 MW, and flue resistance from air preheater outlet to the absorption tower inlet is reduced by 73.7%,which achieves the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
