基于受扰轨迹的主动解列断面初筛方法研究Research on Cut-sets Selection Method for Adaptive Islanding Control Base on Disturbed Trajectory

摘要(Abstract):
主动解列能够有效防止电网事故的扩大,而确定合理的解列断面是主动解列控制的核心。为了给基于实时受扰信息的主动解列策略的制定奠定基础,提出了一种基于时域仿真的主动解列断面初筛方法。首先基于EEAC(扩展等面积准则)分群方法确定不同失稳故障下的系统互补群,然后聚类得到该系统在当前运行方式下所有可能被激发的机组分群组合的集合,最后结合网络拓扑结构给出初始的解列断面。基于浙江电网的算例分析表明,该方法不仅物理意义清晰,而且操作简便。
Adaptive islanding control can prevent the escalation of power grid, and it is the core of adaptive islanding control to determine the cut-sets. To lay a foundation for the formulation of adaptive islanding control based on real-time perturbed information, a cut-sets selection method for adaptive islanding control based on time-domain simulation is proposed. Firstly, the complementary-clusters of the system under different instability faults are determined based on the extended equal area criterion(EEAC) clustering method; secondly, they are clustered to obtain the set of all potential combinations of unit subgroups under the existing operating mode of the system; finally, the initial cut-sets of adaptive islanding control based on the network topology are presented. The example analysis based on the Zhejiang power grid shows that the method is characterized by clear physical meaning and easy operation.
