摘要(Abstract):

KYN61-40.5系列开关柜中的电流互感器对SMC绝缘隔板放电的缺陷频发。通过对放电现象的多角度分析和对比,得出放电原因为电流互感器与SMC绝缘隔板距离过近、开关柜内湿度太大,并提出和采取了针对性的防范措施:加装电流互感器硅橡胶绝缘护套、改变SMC绝缘隔板安装方式、加装开关柜智能除湿装置,经运行实践检验取得了良好的效果。
Discharge defects frequently occur in TA and SMC insulating plate in KYN61-40.5 series of switch cabinet. Based on analysis and contrast of discharges from all aspects, the reasons are concluded: the excessively small interval between TA and SMC insulating plate and the over-humid environment inside the switch cabinet. Moreover, preventive measures are proposed and taken accordingly: put silicon rubber insulating jacket on TA, change the installation way of SMC insulating plate and install intelligent dehumidification device in switch cabinet. It is proved by practical operation that these measures are effective and can be used as reference.
