摘要(Abstract):

TOPSIS法可用于解决系统工程中有限方案多目标决策问题,通过分析变压器油中特征气体分布规律可评估其绝缘状态。研究了变压器状态评价指标体系,提出CO_2和C_2H_2测试结果的归一化处理方法以及评估指标的权重,构建了基于油中特征气体的变压器状态评价模型。以某省级电力公司被评为"注意状态"的变压器为研究对象,定量给出了变压器缺陷的相对严重程度。
TOPSIS can be used for multi-objective decision making with a limited scheme in system engineering. The insulation state of the transformer can be evaluated by analysis of distribution rules of characteristic gases in transformer oil. The paper investigates the transformer state evaluation index system and proposes to normalize CO_2 and C_2 H_2 test results and the weight of the evaluation index and establishes a transformer state evaluation model based on characteristic gases in transformer oil. The paper takes a transformer labelled "State Attention" in a provincial electric power company as a research object and quantitatively points out the relative severity of the transformer defects.
