智能变电站母线电压接法的优化设计

摘要(Abstract):

分析智能变电站原有的继电保护二次设计方案中存在的隐性问题,并采取有效措施,使双母线接线的110 kV线路保护同时失去所有线路距离保护、零序方向功能的影响面缩减为原来的一半;在内桥接线的智能变电站中,防止110 kV备自投装置误动,避免110 kV主变2套高后备保护同时报TV断线异常,可有效提高智能变电站继电保护设备的运行可靠性。
The paper analyzes hidden problems of secondary design scheme for the original relay protection in intelligent substation and takes effective measures of halving the influence of line distance protection and zero-sequence direction malfunctioning of 110 kV lines with double-bus connection. In intelligent substations with inner bridge connection, operation reliability of relay protection devices can be improved by prevention of 110 kV automatic bus transfer device maloperation and TV wire breakage of two high backup protection of 110 kV main transformer.
