摘要(Abstract):

针对配电网工作中遇到的低电压问题,根据生产实际情况及相关设计规程规范要求,提出一种简单实用的解决方法,即以"负荷矩"理论为基础,快速判断台区低电压线路,有效解决低电压瓶颈问题,并辅助决策配电变压器的最佳布点,优化网架规划方案,为配电网生产运行、保障电能质量提供支持。
According to the actual situation of production and requirements of relevant standards and specifications, this paper gives a simple and practical solution to low voltage in distribution network operation,namely to efficiently detect low voltage lines to eliminate the bottleneck of low voltage; to help determine the optimal distribution substation location, optimize network planning scheme so as to provide support to power production operation and power quality.
