摘要(Abstract)：

在水轮发电机组技术改造项目中,设备的采购供应连接项目设计和实施过程,直接影响改造项目的成本、进度和质量。紧水滩水电厂以推广"专业管控+项目管理"为基本点,强化资源协同,编制应用"五张表",突破管理区域、时间的难点,加强过程管控,完善业务链条信息记录和传递,协调项目物资生产、运输、供应商现场服务、合同变更等环节的工作关系,促进水电厂发电机组改造物资供应链的柔性运作,持续提升物资供应集约管控能力和物资供应工作专业化水平。
In technical renovation project of the hydropower generator sets, equipment procurement and supply, connecting with project design and the implementation process, directly affect the cost, schedule and quality of the project. Based on the promotion of "professional control plus project management", Jinshuitan Hydropower Plant enhances operational flexibility of material supply chain for technical renovation of hydropower generator sets and constantly improves the capability of intensive material supply control and professionalization level of material supply by strengthening the coordination of resources, compiling and applying the "five lists"; breaking through the difficulties of management area and time; intensifying process control and perfecting business chain information recording and transferring; coordinating the working relationship in onsite service of material manufacturer, transporter and providers as well as contract alteration and so on.
