柔性多状态开关接入对备自投的影响

摘要(Abstract):

柔性多状态开关接入配电网后,会对备自投装置的正确启动投入产生影响。首先,研究了备自投和柔性多状态开关的工作原理。在分析了柔性多状态开关无源运行特性的基础上,为保障备自投正常投入,供电系统能够尽快恢复供电,提出了2种解决方案,分别是直接闭锁柔性多状态开关和改变备自投的动作逻辑。然后给出了2种方案的实现策略,并分析了各自的优缺点和侧重点。最后,通过对比分析得出,现阶段配电网采用直接闭锁柔性多状态开关的方式更为合适。
The flexible multi-state switch will affect the start-up of the auto-switch-on device when it is connected to the distribution network. In this paper, the working principle of the auto-switch-on device and flexible multi-state switch is studied firstly. Based on the analysis of the passive operation characteristics of the flexible multi-state switch, two schemes are proposed to ensure the normal start-up of the auto-switch-on device and recover the power supply system as soon as possible. The two schemes are the direct blocking of the flexible multi-state switch and the logic changing of the auto-switch-on device. The implementation strategies of the two schemes are given, and the advantages, disadvantages and the emphasis of these two schemes are analyzed. Finally, through comparison and analysis it is concluded that the method of direct blocking of the flexible multi-state switch is more suitable for distribution network at this stage.
