基于全电压等级目标网架的多维度评价研究

摘要(Abstract):

目前,我国电网建设已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展的新阶段,电力需求增速放缓,一些城市电力负荷逐步达到饱和,亟待开展基于饱和负荷的全电压等级目标网架评价。对此,在国内外相关研究成果的基础上,以500 kV, 220 k V, 110(35) k V, 10 kV电压等级为层级,从电网负荷容量匹配性、网架转供能力灵活性、网架结构标准规范性、电网设备利用高效性、电网层级协调适应性等维度构建了全电压等级、多维度的目标网架评价指标体系,以及对应评价方法和模型,推进电网全电压等级目标网架规划评价工作的精准化开展。
At present, China′s power grid construction has shifted from the stage of high-speed growth to a new stage of high-quality development. The growth of power demand has slowed down, and the power load of some cities has gradually reached the saturation period. However, the evaluation of the full-voltage target grid based on saturation load has not yet been obtained Value. Based on the relevant research results at home and abroad, this paper takes 500, 220, 110(35) and 10 k V voltage levels as the levels, from the grid load capacity matching, the flexibility of grid transmission capacity, the standardization of grid structure standards,the grid equipment Use the dimensions of high efficiency, grid-level coordination and adaptability to build a full voltage level and multi-dimensional target grid evaluation index system, as well as corresponding evaluation methods and models, to promote the precise development of the grid full voltage level target grid planning evaluation work.
