火电厂在役管道支吊架性能的测试研究Research on Performance Test of In-service Pipe Hangers and Supports in Thermal Power Plant

摘要(Abstract):
支吊架性能对火电厂管道安全运行有重要影响,结合相关规范对支吊架性能的要求,对比2种支吊架性能测试方法的优缺点,针对在役支吊架的工作特点,建立了采用粘贴应变片间接获得吊架性能参数的测试系统,并成功应用于某600 MW超超临界机组相关支吊架的性能测试,为同类型支吊架的性能测试提供了可供参考的经验。
The performance of hangers and supports is key to pipe operation safety in thermal power plant. In accordance with requirements of relevant specifications on the performance of hangers and supports, advantages and disadvantages of two hangers and supports performance test methods are compared. Based on operation characteristics of in-service hangers and supports, a test system that indirectly obtains performance parameters of hangers and supports by strain gauge pasting is developed and successfully used for performance test of hangers and supports of 600 MW ultra-supercritical units, providing experience for performance test of supports and hangers with the same type.
