摘要(Abstract):
分析了国产125MW汽轮机的现状及热耗率高的原因,探讨用现代化技术改造通流部分的目标和设计原则及改造的技术措施,并对几种改造方案进行技术、经济性比较。同时对改造范围进行了论证。
Present status of 125MW units in Banshan Power Plant and the causes for the high rate of heat consumption of steam turbine are here analysed. Technical measures and effectiveness of steam flow path retrofit design are also discussed. Proposals for improvement based on economics and technics are compared.Meanwhile, the needed improvement iterns and contents are demonstrated.
