Optimization of TCA System of M701F4 Gas Turbine Generators

摘要(Abstract):

东方三菱F3及F4重型燃气轮机机组特有的TCA系统,将冷却透平叶片后产生的热量加以利用,提高了整个联合循环的效率。通过对比空气冷却式TCA与水冷式TCA的优缺点,着重分析了水冷式TCA的系统配置情况。根据东方三菱的典型系统配置,水冷式TCA系统对高压给水泵的压头要求较高,使得机组运行的电耗增加。为了在确保机组联合循环效率的同时尽可能地降低电耗,对比了几个优化方案,最终得出较优的方案。
TCA system of F3 and F4 heavy-duty gas turbine generators designed by Dongfang Electric Corporation(Mitsubishi) utilize heat from turbine blade cooling to improve the efficiency of the whole combined cycle. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of air-cooled TCA and water-cooled TCA, the paper primarily analyzes system configuration of water-cooled. According to the typical configuration of Dongfang Electric Corporation(Mitsubishi), the water-cooled TCA system has stringent requirement on pressure head of high-pressure feed pump, which increases the power consumption for units operation. In order to ensure combined cycle efficiency of units and reduce power consumption, the paper compares some optimization programs and ultimately comes to a better one.
