摘要(Abstract):

针对GIS设备SF_6泄漏故障,介绍了基于红外成像和定量检测的联合检漏方法的技术优势。结合某220 k V变电站GIS设备漏气故障,首先应用联合检漏方法进行泄漏点定位,之后开仓检修,查找漏气部位、分析漏气原因,给出GIS设备漏气消缺具体过程,最后总结了防止GIS设备漏气的具体措施,对电网的安全运行、GIS设备制造和环境保护具有现实意义。
This paper introduces the technical advantages of a leakage detection method that combines infrared imaging with quantified detection in accordance with SF_6 leakage fault of GIS device. In combination with leakage fault of GIS device in a 220 k V substation, the combined leakage detection method is used to locate the leakage point, open the cabinet for maintenance, detect gas leakage position, analyze gas leakage reasons and introduce the specific process of gas leakage elimination of GIS device. In the final, the paper summarizes some countermeasures against gas leakage of GIS device, which is meaningful to operation safety of power grid, GIS device manufacturing and environmental protection.
