摘要(Abstract):
孤网供电的海岛与大陆联网后,微电网的运行方式将发生变化,通过改造微电网能量管理系统和协调控制系统,针对不同的运行方式给出相应控制策略,将独立型微电网改造成并网型微电网。从系统层面、设备层面和策略配置层面描述了微电网系统架构、能量管理策略和协调控制策略的改造,实现并离网平滑切换、黑启动等功能。应用经济调度运行控制、削峰填谷控制和联络线功率控制等策略,以增强电网间互动、资源互动为目标,与高性能、高拓展能力的协调控制平台及大数据服务相配合,促进就地可再生能源消纳,通过对电源及负荷的合理调度,延缓跨海电缆的扩容升级。
After the interconnection between the isolated island and mainland, the operation mode of the microgrid will change. Through the transformation of the microgrid energy management system and the coordinated control system, corresponding control strategies are proposed for various operation modes by transforming independent microgrid into an integrated microgrid. The paper describes the transformation of microgrid system architecture, energy management strategy and coordinated control strategy in terms of system, equipment and strategy configuration, enabling smooth integration and off-grid switching as well as black startup.Strategies like economic dispatch operation control, peak-shaving and valley-filling control and tie-line power control strategies, with the goal of grid and resource interaction enhancement, are employed to cooperate with high-performance and high-expansion coordinated and control platform and big data service to postpone capacity expansion and upgrade of cross-sea cables by reasonable dispatch of power and load.
