轴流送风机降速降容节能改造The Capacity-decreasing and Speed-reducing Retrofit of Axial Flow Forced Draft Fan

摘要(Abstract):
针对某电厂轴流送风机选型过大、送风机长期运行在低效区、电耗过高的现状,分析送风机实际运行参数和现场性能试验数据,制定了送风机降速降容的改造方案。改造后,送风机效率大幅提高,通过对比改造前后送风机电耗的变化情况,分析了送风机改造后的节能效果。
Aiming at overlarge selection of axial flow forced draft fan, its long-term operation in the inefficient zone and high electricity consumption, the paper analyzes the actual operation parameters and field performance test data, besides, it formulates a scheme for speed-reducing and capacity-decreasing retrofit. After the retrofit, the fan efficiency is improved greatly. By comparing electricity consumption before and after the retrofit, the paper analyzes energy-saving effect of the fan after retrofit.
