同期线损系统中电厂电能量采集成功率的分析与提升

摘要(Abstract):

针对同期线损系统中非统调地方电厂电能量采集成功率低的现状,从采集覆盖问题、通信通道故障、终端本体故障、供电电源问题以及主站系统档案问题5个方面分析造成数据采集失败的原因,并探讨了提高实时采集成功率的管理方案与技术措施。通过对多个地方电厂加装无线信号放大器、计量点增设或移位改造等方式来提升整体采集技术水平,完善管理方案,保证了信息采集系统中地方电厂数据的稳定采集。改造后地方电厂电量采集成功率提高近18%,显著提升了同期线损系统建设的信息集成保障水平。
According to the lower success rate of electricity collection for local power plant in synchronous line loss system(SLLS), reasons of data acquisition failure for power plant are analyzed in terms of collection coverage, signal channel failure, terminal body failure, power supply source and master station files; in addition, a management plan and technical measure for success rate improvement of real-time collection are discussed. The overall collection technology level is improved by wireless signal amplifier installation, metering site establishment or relocation in local power plants to better the management. The stable data collection of local power plants in information collection system is ensured. After retrofit, the success rate of electricity collection in local power plants is increased by 18%, and information integration guarantee for SLLS construction is significantly improved.
