工频电场、磁场及高压输电线路的电场效应
Power-frequency Electric Field and Magnetic Field and the Electric Field Effect of HV Transmission Lines

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了输变电设施的电磁环境的特点,指出低频电场与磁场对健康并无影响,重点分析了高压输电线路周围的电场效应,如体内生物效应、体外电场刺激效应等,指出触电与感应电的接触刺激有本质的区别,应普及科普知识,消除不必要的焦虑和恐慌。
This article introduces and analyzes characteristics of the electromagnetic environment of power transmission & transformation infrastructures and indicates that low-frequency electric field and magnetic field have no impact on human health. The paper mainly expounds the electric field effect around HV transmission lines such as in vivo biological effect, in vitro electric field stimulation effect and so on; besides, it indicates that electric shock and response of contact stimulus are fundamentally different, and scientific knowledge should be popularized to eliminate unnecessary worry and panic.
