摘要(Abstract):
随着“双碳”目标的推进,大量新能源接入使得系统电力平衡面临新的挑战,在此背景下,考虑经济性和可靠性的系统备用留取方法的相关研究受到广泛关注。为此,构建考虑备用需求曲线的多时间尺度出清模型,使得备用出清结果兼顾经济性和可靠性。在此基础上,计及多元、多时间尺度的备用资源,通过备用资源之间的协调互动,使备用供给曲线动态变化,实现备用在多时间尺度下的供需平衡。算例结果表明,所提出的模型实现了备用的合理配置,提高了系统运行经济性和安全可靠性。
With the advancement of the dual-carbon goal, the integration of a large amount of new energy sources has posed new challenges to power balance of the system. In this context, research on methods for system reserve provision considering both economy and reliability has garnered significant attention. In this regard, a multitimescale market clearing model considering the reserve demand curve has been constructed, so that the reserve clearing results take account of both economy and reliability. Besides, diverse reserve resources across multiple time scales are considered, allowing for the balance between supply and demand of the reserve under multiple time scales through coordinated interactions among these resources. Finally, it is verified by a case study that the proposed model realizes a rational allocation of reserve, thereby improving the operational economy, safety and reliability of the system.
