层次分析法和灰色关联法在发电厂设备运行状态评估中的综合应用

摘要(Abstract):

针对发电厂DCS(分散控制系统)在分析预测设备运行状态方面的不足,以发电厂长期连续运行且故障率较高的磨煤机为例,提出了一种发电厂设备运行状态综合评估方法,即层次分析法和灰色关联法相结合的评估算法。首先,根据DCS存储数据提取能够表征磨煤机运行状态的特征量;其次,应用层次分析法对磨煤机各特征量分配权重,并结合灰色关联法综合评估磨煤机运行状态;最后,利用DCS存储的大量磨煤机运行数据建立标准状态向量表,并通过实例验证所提评估方法的准确性,从而为实时评估发电厂运行设备状态提供一种新的思路和方法。
In view of shortcomings of DCS(distributed control system) in equipment operation status analysis and forecasting, the paper proposes an integrated evaluation method that combines AHP(analytic hierarchy process) with GRA(grey relational analysis) to evaluate equipment operation status in power plant based on a coal miller that runs long and with frequent faults. Based on storage data of the DCS, the characteristic quantity that shows pulverizer operation status is extracted; besides, the AHP is used to allocate the weights of the characteristic quantities, and the GRA is adopted to evaluate the operation status of the pulverizer. Finally, a large number of operation data of the pulverizer stored by DCS are collected to establish a standard state vector table, and actual examples are used to verify the proposed method to provide a new idea and method for real-time equipment operation status evaluation of power plant.
