摘要(Abstract)：

根据监控信息发展的全生命周期,将其分为初始化、运行、维护和退役4个阶段并加以分析。重点介绍了湖州供电公司在信息运行和信息维护阶段所做的工作,即设计了监控信息分析管理系统,有效利用监控信息处理突发状况;创建了信号分析师制度,形成监控信号分析三级管控机制。最后指出监控信息全生命周期管理技术在电网中普遍应用的可行性和重要性。
According to full life circle of its development, monitoring information is divided into four stages such as the initialization, operation, maintenance and retirement, and each stage is analyzed specifically. Efforts that made in the information operation and maintenance of Huzhou Power Supply Company are introduced, namely the design of monitoring information analysis and management system for emergency handing by use of monitoring information; creation of signal analyst system for form a three-level control mechanism of monitoring signal analysis. In the final, the feasibility and importance of the widespread application of life circle management technology of monitoring information in power grid are indicated.
